How to Stop/Start the Live Streaming of Meeting
The Live Stream feature in Meetings is the ultimate tool to transform your meetings into engaging live broadcasts accessible to a wider audience. With its seamless HLS output format and shareable links, you can effortlessly stream your discussions in real time to viewers around the globe.
Experience the convenience of auto-live streaming when scheduling new meetings or manually initiate and conclude live streams at your discretion. Be alerted as soon as your broadcast begins, typically within 2 minutes, following backend server initialization. Experience seamless connectivity with two convenient sharing options – an HLS URL for external HLS players and a Livestream sharable link for standard browsers like Chrome and Edge.
You can enable the live stream feature while adding a meeting in the Live CMS.
The live stream of a meeting can be shared using the “Sharable Link” or by using the “HLS URL”. Using the sharable link, the live streaming can be watched on any browser like Google Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc. The HLS URL can be used to watch the live stream using any third-party HLS player.
Once the meeting is started, the live streaming of the meeting will start automatically, and the shareable link and HLS URL will be generated. The live streaming will be stopped once the meeting is stopped. However, if you want to stop the live streaming before the meeting ends, you can do it from the live CMS. Furthermore, if you want to start live streaming again you can also do it from the CMS.
